This license allows the purchaser the right to use this product for personal and S4H/S4O
(Scrap for Hire/Scrap for Others) use only.
Credit is not required but appreciated. If you wish to credit please credit to Katelynns Designs and if
you like... a link to my blog http://KatelynnsDesigns.blogspot.com

No commercial use allowed.
You MAY
~ Use my designs for your own personal projects, including digital, hybrid, or paper scrapping.
~ Create layouts or other craft items for others to be delivered to the client in printed or flattened .jpg
  form without asking permission or purchasing an additional license.
~ Use my designs in layouts that are posted in online galleries and/or submitted to magazines as long as
  proper credit is given to Christina Atkinson ~ Katelynns Designs   http://KatelynnsDesigns.blogspot.com

You MAY NOT:
~Use my designs to create any commercial use product.
~ Make quick pages for sale or to be given out as freebies
~ Create brushes or tubes from my designs
~ Claim these images as your own (altered or unaltered)

~ Use these images for obscene/defamatory/immoral works or any other illegal purpose prohibited by law.

Commercial use shapes, Doodles, templates, overlays , elements, styles, PSP Scripts , actions ect.

You MAY use these shapes in part or whole to create layouts for scrapbook, papers, online galleries, and
contests.

You MAY create tags and element items to sell in scrapbook kits.

You MAY NOT redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way.
This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or website links.

You MAY NOT include these shapes in their original .csh or .PSPSHAPE formats , Doodles or overlays in any
kit/element pack for re-sale or distribution.

Do not make kits or sets containing only items created using my items.
a maximum of 25% is allowed.

YOU MAY NOT make Templates and resale 

You can: 
- to change the color of the elements; 
- to alter the size; 
- to re-sale yours papers; 
- to use for works with commercial ends, as sites making, blogs, scrapbooking pages, among others. 

Anything made with these items can only be sold as PU unless you purchase my CU4CU licence. Then you must
abid by that TOU.

CU4CU License TOU's

You must hold a license for anything that isnt already CU4CU
 

Thank you for purchasing my CU4CU license. This license if for lifetime usage and must
be displayed on your blog at all times. Please be sure to read this all the way through
as I can and will revoke your license if they are not followed to the letter.

CU4CU license is only for my scripts, actions and templates of scripts or actions. Unless already
marked cu4cu.

1) You MAY make other CU items to resell as CU from my products as long as you ADD something to them. You can not just run my scripts or actions and then resell as is.
2) You MAY make a CU kit or element set as long as you add something of your own creation to it and it may NOT be made up of more than 50% of my products.
3) You MAY NOT sell element packs containing only my products.
4) You MAY NOT sell my original files or templates made from my products.
5) You MAY NOT sell my original files at all. My scripts and actions are not to be taken apart and resold.
6) You MAY NOT use my products to create brushes, shapes, textures, or other designer resources.
7) Anything you make using my products MUST be a flattened single layer colored image.
8) You may also resell my products as S4H as long as you follow all these guidelines as well.

This license CAN NOT be transferred to anyone else at any time for any reason!!!

If you want to use my CU products for something that is not listed here then please send me an email and ask before just assuming it is ok. When in doubt ASK!! Failure to comply with my terms in any way will result in your license being Revoked immediately!!!!
