This Photoshop action has options for a plain sticker, a sticker with a light grunge style , a sticker with a
heavier grunge style, a sticker with a full half tone effect and another with a half tone effect where you can
erase on your image where you want the half tone effect to be.

There is also an action included where you can pick the sticker colour, size, texture/pattern/bevel yourself.
