This actions includes four large sized banners made with any color you want. There are so many types of banners out there and I thought I ought to have at least one action featuring them. They include the four most popular banners I have seen out there. This way you have absolute control over the outcome of the fan. This action was thoroughly developed in photoshop CS3 and it was extensively tested as well. This scrapbook action was created using Photoshop CS3 and it was thoroughly developed in the versions of Photoshop and Elements stated in the banner.  All scripts were successfully ran using the versions of CS and PSE stated there. No outside plugins are needed to run this or any of the scrapbook action scripts offered for download in this site. Occasionally, some scrap actions need a brush, pattern or shape to render the artwork and when that happens, the brush, pattern or shape will be provided to you along with your download.
