This custom highlighter is the same you commonly find in your office. You can customize every part of the highlighter. Added into the body of the highlighter, there is a set of flowers, vines and leaves which are left in their own layer. The highlighter remains in its own layer as well. This way, if you prefer to add a message or any other text instead of the artwork, you can just get rid of the flowers layer to personalize it in any way you want. This action was thoroughly developed in photoshop CS3 and it was extensively tested as well. This scrapbook action was created using Photoshop CS3 and it was thoroughly developed in the versions of Photoshop and Elements stated in the banner.  All scripts were successfully ran using the versions of CS and PSE stated there. No outside plugins are needed to run this or any of the scrapbook action scripts offered for download in this site. Occasionally, some scrap actions need a brush, pattern or shape to render the artwork and when that happens, the brush, pattern or shape will be provided to you along with your download.
