This lovely actions creates a paper tag or you can use any pattern or paper of your choice. The tag features a silk bow sitting on top of the tag and it is held together by a metal brooch that can be created using any color you want. A large part of the bow falls on the front of the tag but that part is left in its own layer so that you can remove it if you prefer a more simpler look. This action includes one script and it creates both versions of the tag. This action was thoroughly developed in photoshop CS3 and it was extensively tested as well. This scrapbook action was created using Photoshop CS3 and it was thoroughly developed in the versions of Photoshop and Elements stated in the banner.  All scripts were successfully ran using the versions of CS and PSE stated there. No outside plugins are needed to run this or any of the scrapbook action scripts offered for download in this site.
