Commercial Use For Commercial Use Terms for KSG Actions

Updated 29th August 2011.

This new terms of use overides my previous action CU and CU4CU terms of use. All my actions can now be used in the way stated in this document.

You may:

For Small business:

Use my actions to make products to sell for commercial use or personal use. For example: cards,blog layouts, hybrid projects- any form of flattened product.

You are allowed to make sets or stashes to sell for commercial use or personal use as long as no more than 50% of the set is made from my actions

You are allowed to put the clip art made with my actions into kits 'as is' (as long as they are flattened as a png or jpg). There is no need to make them into stickers ect.

You are allowed to sell your kits for pu, cu or s4h.

You may use my products to make designs to sell in stores like
zazzle.com

Freebies are allowed as long as the freebie is not the action itself and it is mixed in with other products that are not mine.

CU4CU (not actions)

All KSG products labelled cu4cu are allowed to be used in products you sell for cu/s4h/pu

The only thing you cannot do with my cu4cu products is sell the 'as is' - they have to be made into something else. For example: cards, calendars, any hybrid project, blog layouts ect.

They can be placed 'as is' into scrap kits you sell for cu/s4h/pu as long as the kit has no more than 50% of my products.

You are allowed to recolour my products but you cannot recolour and sell as another set.

You can use my cu4cu products to make designs for products you sell at places like zazzle.com

KSG Posers CU4CU TOU:

My 'CU4CU' Posers can only be used to sell products in small business or used for personal use.

You can:

Make hybrid products such as cards, calendars, candy wrappers to be sold for commercial or personal use.


Anything made with my CU4CU posers must be a flattened product you are selling for commercial use or personal use.

You may add my CUCU posers 'as is' in scrap kits as long as it only accounts for around 25% of your kit. These kits can be sold for commercial use or personal use.

You can use my CU4CU Posers to make blog layouts and web pages to sell for personal use.

You can make free tags

You can make tags to sell

You can use my CU4CU Posers for Scrap for hire.

You can recolour to suit your kit

CU

You can make flattened graphics such as cards and other hybrid projects you sell for personal use.
You can recolour but you cannot recolour and sell them as another set.

You cannot use my cu products to make designs for products you sell at places like zazzle.com

S4H
All KSG products with a S4H label can be used to make layouts (with clients photos)  or personalised projects for a client such as: cards, invitations, calendars.

PU
My personal use items can be used in any way you like as long is it is for your own personal use.You can make tags but you cannot give away scrap freebies made of my pay to use personal use items.
