End User License Agreement for Products
Thank you very much for buying and/or downloading my creations. I wish you many happy hours of creating with them.
 
All items are copyright by Prairie Woman Design (Traci Brennan), a legal entity. As such, they are covered by US and International copyright law.
 
This license applies individually to each item purchased, and to you individually as the purchaser. It is not an umbrella license for any other items purchased by Prairie Woman Design.
 
Please observe and respect the limitations of this license:

WHAT YOU MAY DO:

You are allowed to use, recolor, and resize the elements as needed.
You are allowed to use these for professional use, the development of new products under license Commercial Use. (CU)
You may create new items for sale. This use should not exceed 30% the finished product.
CU4CU items by Prairie Woman Design can also be used to make items that you make to resell to others as CU.
My CU and CU4CU items may be used to design items for Print On Demand sites such as Zazzle.com
CU4CU items may be used for any commercial use such as your digital scrapbooking business, web design, printing, crafting, or Etsy-style goods as long as they are substantially changed and flattened.

You are not authorized to create packages that consist exclusively of my products.
You are not authorized to redistribute this product in part or in full; this includes distributing my designs as tubes, PSD's, templates, brushes or digital stamps.
You are not authorized to include my products on CD / DVD's or as a graphic in collections.
You are not authorized to change these graphics and then say they are yours.
You are not authorized to include these graphs and drawings in programs for computer or software.
You are not allowed to turn any graphic in tubes, clipart or brushes or stamps, either digital or physical.
You are not authorized to provide the graphics or links for them on any website for download.
You are not authorized to send the graphics by any other means of delivery.
You are not authorized to send to your friends by email.
You are not authorized to reproduce these graphs in digital embroideries for resale.
 
I reserve the right to alter without notice the terms of this license agreement.
 
A credit is requested in your subtitle or description.
 
 
Prairie Woman Design (Traci Brennan) is not responsible for any loss and/or
damages arising in any manner out of the use of the content of these purchases
of kits, sets, graphics, actions, shapes and other items. Though I have taken
due diligence to assure that all of the files are in good working order,
defect-free and virus-free, users assume their own risk. If you do have a problem
with a product, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you on an
equitable solution.
 
Special credits: I do sometimes use licensed art from other talented creators, or purchased filters, plug-ins, and programs to create the products I sell, such as Photoshop,  Illustrator, Alien Skin, Filter Forge, along with my own resources and creative input.
