This license applies individually to each item purchased, and to you individually as the purchaser. It is not an umbrella license for any other items purchased by Robyn Delgado.

You may use this product, if fully and validly purchased by YOU ONLY.
And ONLY YOU may use them for S4H/S4O businesses or craft use, which you make profit from.
However, this use is limitedly licensed, and must follow the terms below.
Purchasing my S4H/S4O products, does NOT transfer ownership or copyright to you.
It allows a license for professional usage only.



Personal / S4O / S4H Use License Agreement

* You may use the work for website design, so long as a CREDIT is given to me on every page an item is used. And a link back
to http://robynschicscraps.blogspot.com/ is listed on your links page.
* You may submit your layouts or projects for publications, as long as a CREDIT back is given to me. This includes online and offline: galleries, magazines, and such.
* You may use the graphics for crafting purposes, for items you create and sell personally, including cards.
* You may use the items for candy wrapper designs, greeting cards, and other printable items so long as they are given to your customer in a flattened format.
* You may use the graphics for creating pages or albums for other people, so long as the files are provided in flattened format with their photos.
* You may alter the color, size, etc. but not with the purpose of claiming the new items as your own.

**** No other rights are given, implied or otherwise. If you wish to use these graphics in any other manner you will need to contact me to get an ok in writing before-hand. ****

* You may NOT make templates or quickpages for resell online or off.
* You may NOT redistribute any file in a non flattened format -- no tubes, shapes, stickers, freebies etc.
* Files are NOT to be given away for free, and should only be redistributed to your paying customers - for which you perform a service or create a craft for.
* You may NOT create any pattern or new papers for resell from my kits.
* You may NOT use any of my kits or graphics to design an action or script for resell.
